On behalf of the McDonough Foundation I would like to take a moment to thank all of you for suporting the Foundation's Mission of raising money to help student/employees of NH golf clubs, in their pursuit of higher education. For the academic year 2007-08, the McDonough Scholarship Foundation was able to assist 109 outstanding young men and women employed at 45 New Hampshire golf courses. These scholars represent 73 colleges and Universities and received $117,600 in McDonough scholarships.

| McDonough Scholarship Application Available |
Scholarships are available to any student employee, male or female, of a New Hampshire golf course or club. Candidates should demonstrate promise of academic success, as well as require financial assistance. Once awarded, a McDonough Scholarship may be renewed each year for a total of four years. Annual grants are renewable depending upon annual maintenance of academic standards and the continued need for financial aid. All candidates must be recommended by the golf club where they have been employed for a minimum of two seasons. Applications are due by May 23, and may be obtained by writing to:
